Wild Meadow Floral Terms & Conditions

Consultations: You are entitled to a 1 hour free consultation with Kelly at Wild Meadow Floral. Kelly will discuss with you in detail all the floral requirements for your wedding. All items will be discussed including colour scheme, flower types, availability, colour themes, styles, delivery, booking and payment. After the initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed quote as per the details discussed. This will be emailed to you.

Booking: Once you have decided to proceed with the quote, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to save the date and secure your booking. 50% of the remaining balance is required 3 months before the wedding date and the remaining balance is required 1 month before the wedding date.

Cancellation: Should you need to cancel the date of your booking you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. We are happy to transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Cancellations within 2 months of the date of the wedding will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the wedding are required to be paid in full.

Postponing: Should you need to change the date of the wedding, you will need to inform us in writing. Should the date not be available, you will forfeit your deposit.
